What type of jewellery do you offer?
- We offer 18k/14k gold-plated, 925 Silver, and Stainless Steel jewellery
- All our jewellery are waterpoof, tarnish-free and hypoallergenic — for daily wear without skin irritation.
What's the best way to care for my olea studios jewellery?
- Store in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Keep in our storage pouch or a closed box
- Avoid contact with perfume, lotions or sprays
- Clean jewellery after each use and wipe with a soft cloth
- Remove when showering, swimming or exercising — though waterproof, this will help it retain extra shine
How do I measure my ring size?
- Wrap string or paper around the base of your finger.
- Mark the point where the ends meet with a pen.
- Measure the string or paper with a ruler (mm) then divide by 3.14 (or Pi) to get the diameter of the ring.
Our jewellery are measured to the best of our abilities and may have up to 0.5mm of difference.
How do I wear ear cuffs?
- Pull the thinnest part of your upper ear taut and slide the ear cuff downwards, over cartilage.
- Slide down and rotate towards inner ear.
- Place in the desired spot, ensuring the ear cuff is sat securely.

When can I expect my items to reach me?
All items will reach you within 3-5 business days. If you require an expedited delivery, do contact us over Instagram DM or email to arrange your delivery at an additional fee.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped out.
What payment methods do you offer?
As we are a small business, we currently only accept PayNow / PayLah!. We seek your understanding as we work towards expanding our payment options.
Can I update my order/change my shipping address?
Should you need to make any changes to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on full-priced items only if the product is defective. All returns/exchanges must be made within 7 days from the item being delivered. Drop us an email at hello@oleastudios.co if you believe you have received a defective product.
